Possible Hardware Causes and Checks

• Cable Problem: The cable between the control unit and the battery unit is removed when Position Mate-B, C or D is sent. When this cable is connected and power is turned on, an alarm may occur; check the cable connection and reconnect if necessary. 1
• C-MOS Ram Failure: If the alarm code is CD, the C-MOS Ram is faulty; replace the Ram. 1
• Main PCB Failure: If the CD and 0 codes do not resolve, the main PCB may be faulty; replace the PCB and ensure it is properly seated. 1
